Instruction: Drench the accessory in the TUBAN liquid, then form a large bubble using gentle movements. GUIDELINES: In order to obtain the best results create bubbles when humidity is over 40%-ie when weather is foggy, muggy, cloudy or after a rain. Sunny, hot days bring the worst results.
