Distance agreement

1.1. The terms and conditions apply to the legal relationships between all persons and the owner of the shopping environment Minikid (hereinafter referred to as Minikid e-shop), MINIKID ESTONIA OÜ, when purchasing products through the Minikid e-shop.

1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products via the Minikid e-store are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. MINIKID ESTONIA OÜ is entitled to change and supplement these conditions and price list due to the development of the Minikid e-shop and in the interests of better and safer use of the e-shop. Changes and additions to the terms and conditions and the price list will be announced via the Minikid website. Changes and additions to the terms and conditions and price list take effect from the publication of the corresponding change or addition on the Minikid website. If you submitted your order before the changes to the terms and conditions came into force, you and MINIKID ESTONIA OÜ will apply
to the legal relationship that arose between you, the conditions that were in force at the time of your order transmission, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms and conditions.

Prices

2.1. The prices of the Minikid e-shop are valid in case of timely payment of the invoice in accordance with the provisions of point 4.

2.2. All prices in the e-shop are in euros (EUR) and include VAT 22%.

Products

3.1. As a rule, the Products displayed in the e-shop are available in stock/seller's stores. The availability of said Products is not guaranteed as it may be erroneous due to possible technical problems in the programs.

3.2. In the event that the Customer places an order, but it appears that the Seller does not have the given Product, the E-shop will not be able to fulfill the given order. In this case, the entire purchase amount will be returned to the Customer immediately after the absence of the product is revealed.

3.3. The photos of the Products displayed in the e-shop are for illustrative purposes and may unintentionally differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Product.

Making a purchase

4.1. Minikid recommends a simple electronic order form. Use the product catalog or the search engine to find the product you are interested in. Place the product you are interested in into the shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button. In the upper corner, you can see the quantity of goods in the basket and the amount of the purchase. By clicking on the shopping cart, you can view and check your goods.

4.2. To complete the order, the Customer must go to the Shopping Cart page: click on the "Continue to Pay" button in the cart selection on the menu bar, after which the Customer will be directed to the order completion page.

4.3. After entering the required data and checking the correctness of the data, the Customer confirms the order by clicking "Confirm and pay". After this action, the order is confirmed and forwarded to the seller.

4.4. The Customer pays for the Product immediately via the bank link of the online bank and confirms the payment to the Seller by clicking the "Back to merchant" button.

4.5. After paying for the Product, the E-shop sends an order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail.

4.6. When placing the order, the customer undertakes to provide the necessary, true data to fulfill the order.

4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of execution due to incorrect data provided by the Customer or any resulting consequences.

4.8. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if there is any doubt about the correctness of the data provided to the Seller and in the case of behavior that does not comply with good practices.

4.9. The ordered goods must be picked up within 14 calendar days at the latest. If you are unable to pick up the goods at the specified time, please inform us by e-mail or phone, info@minikid.ee, otherwise your order will be canceled and the goods will be sent back to the warehouse. In this case, the seller undertakes to return the money that the buyer has within 14 calendar days. paid for goods.

Payment methods

5.1. Orders can be paid securely using Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV, Krediidipank, Coop and others) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

5.2. The payment is made outside the E-shop environment in the secure payment environment of the service provider Maksekeskus AS.

5.3. The seller does not have access to the Customer's bank details and credit card details.

Order delivery and handover

6.2. Our delivery services cover the entire territory of Estonia. If you want us to deliver outside of the previously mentioned area, this will be done by a special agreement, for which we ask you to send your request to the e-mail address info@Minikid.ee.

6.3. The goods will be delivered by the logistics company OMNIVA's courier within 3-7 working days.

6.4. The goods will arrive at the predetermined address within 5 days after the delivery of the order to the courier. The courier contacts the customer by phone and coordinates a suitable delivery time. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the order will be returned to the recipient's warehouse.

6.4.1. Within Estonia, the courier company OMNIVA delivers the goods after full payment of the order (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). The courier takes the package to the address specified in the order.
