Spokey TREXER functional training tapes: enable exercises at various levels of advancement, both at home and outdoors, are attached to the door without tools - just insert the tip through the upper edge of the door and then close it with a metal carabiner, enable you to perform exercises that engage both the lower and upper parts of the muscles, based on their own body weight, have adjustable length, non-slip grips for hands and feet, and stable attachment with a carabiner. We all know that the key element of effective training is its variety. Therefore, it is worth alternating strength and aerobic exercises and selecting them to engage different muscle groups. An excellent device that will enrich any training is an expander, also known as training bands. Spokey TREXER allows you to perform an unlimited number of exercises based on your own body weight, at various levels of advancement, both at home and outdoors. Thanks to this, the user can engage both the lower and upper parts of the muscles, including: arms, legs, buttocks, arms, stomach and pectoral muscles. With the ability to adjust the length of the exercise band, you can adjust the intensity and method of training to your needs. Universal equipment for exercising all body parts Spokey TREXER functional training bands are very simple equipment that uses the exerciser's own weight to provide resistance. So you don't need additional accessories such as dumbbells or weights. The expander has profiled, non-slip handles for arms and hands. It is mounted without tools. With Spokey TREXER you can exercise at home and outdoors to conduct a full-fledged workout and take care of your figure and shape.
