How to start Nordic Walking? It's best to choose the perfect poles! The SPOKEY MEADOW II Nordic Walking poles are a combination of good design and the highest quality. Nordic walking poles were made for both enthusiasts and beginners of the Nordic discipline. Reflective elements appear both on the glove and on the stick itself, so you will be visible during training at any time of the day. The activity #inSpokeyStyle Thanks to the possibility of length adjustment in the range of 105-135 cm, you can choose the length of the stick perfectly to your needs.
