Description
Swaddle UP - Stage 1 - TOG 0.2 – the ultra-light version designed for calm, comfortable, and safe sleep during warmer days. This patented swaddle allows your baby to sleep in the natural ARMS UP position, supporting true self-soothing. With easy access to their hands, babies can naturally calm themselves — leading to longer and more restful sleep for the whole family.



Key product features:


ultra-light fabric with a 0.2 TOG rating – perfect for room temperatures of 75–81°F,
unique patented wings allow the natural ARMS UP position,
ARMS UP enables true self-soothing, resulting in better and longer sleep,
swaddles in seconds with no chance of breakouts,
snug fit provides security, comfort, and warmth,
twin zipper for easy diaper changes,
no loose layers that can be kicked off during sleep,
acknowledged by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as a hip-healthy product,
single-layer fabric reduces the risk of overheating,
easy care – machine washable and tumble dry friendly.




Size & fit: available in XS, S, and M. For the best fit, always choose size according to your baby’s weight, not age or height.

Fabric composition: 97% cotton, 3% elastane. Soft cotton provides breathability, while the stretch ensures a comfortable fit.

Safety: all Love To Dream products are quality and safety certified (INPAA, BS EN 16781, AS/NZS 1249, CFR1610/1615). Recognized as “hip-healthy” to support the recommended hip and leg flexion.

NOTE: Stop using this Stage 1 swaddle once your baby shows signs of rolling. At that point, we recommend transitioning to Stage 2 (Swaddle Up™ Transition Bag).

Care instructions:


wash before first use,
close zipper before washing,
warm gentle machine wash in a wash bag with similar colors,
reshape after washing and tumble dry on low,
warm iron if needed (avoid zipper),
do not bleach, soak, dry clean,
dark prints may fade slightly – this does not affect quality or comfort.


TOG & temperature guide:
0.2 TOG – suitable for warm room temperatures of 75–81°F.
Reminder: the lower the TOG, the lighter the fabric; the higher the TOG, the warmer. Always check your baby’s comfort and avoid overheating.

*Age, height, and weight ranges are approximate – always select size according to weight.
