Description
Swaddle UP - STAGE 1 - TOG 0.2 – an ultra-light version designed for a calm, comfortable, and safe sleep for babies on warm days. The patented swaddle allows babies to sleep in a natural Arms Up position, supporting self-soothing. This lets babies access their own hands to calm themselves, leading to longer and more restful sleep for the whole family.

Size & Use: Available in Newborn, Small, and Medium. For best fit, choose size according to your baby’s weight, not age or height (check the size chart for guidance).


Newborn: 2.2–3.8 kg
Small: 3.6–6.0 kg
Medium: 6.0–8.6 kg


Fabric Composition: 95% Viscose (from Bamboo), 5% Elastane. Soft, gentle bamboo fabric provides breathability and moisture-wicking, while elastane ensures better fit.

Safety: All Love To Dream products are quality and safety certified (INPAA, BS EN 16781, AS/NZS 1249, CFR1610/1615). Hip-healthy design supports correct hip and leg positioning.

WARNING: Stop using this model (STAGE 1) when your baby starts rolling onto their tummy. At this point, it is recommended to move to Stage 2 (Swaddle Up™ Transition Bag).

Care Instructions:


Wash before first use,
Close zipper before washing,
Machine wash warm, gentle, in a wash bag with similar colors,
Reshape after washing and tumble dry on low,
Iron warm if necessary (avoid zipper),
Do not bleach or dry clean,
Dark prints may fade – this does not affect quality or comfort.


TOG & Temperature Information: The TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) system helps choose appropriate clothing for room temperature. The 0.2 TOG swaddle is suitable for room temperatures between 24–27°C. Lower TOG = lighter fabric, higher TOG = warmer fabric. Always monitor baby’s comfort to prevent overheating.

*Age, height, and weight are approximate – best to choose size according to baby’s weight.
