3-slāņu ratu guļammaiss ir izgatavots no plāna, ūdensizturīga, gluda neilona. Pildīts ar aptuveni 4 cm biezu antialerģisku silikona neaustu materiālu.Iekšējais slānis ir taustei patīkams samta materiāls VELVET.

Guļammaiss ir īpaši izstrādāts pastaigām un ceļošanai aukstās dienās. Aprīkots ar diviem rāvējslēdzējiem, kas ļauj pārvietot augšējo daļu un nedaudz atsegt mazuli, vai arī noņemt augšējo daļu pilnībā un atstāt apakšējo kārtu kā ratu ieliktni, vai izmantot augšējo daļu kā segu, lai apsegtu bērnu.
