First practice set:

1. 5 kicks with the inside of the foot.
   
2. 5 kicks with the outside of the foot.
3. 5 kicks with the front of the toes.
   
4. Stopping the footbag on the front of the foot.
   
5. Stopping the footbag on the inside of the foot.
6. Kicking the footbag from the inside of the foot on one leg to the other.
7. Kicking the footbag from the outside of the foot on one leg to the other.
8. Kicking the footbag from the front of the toes on one leg to the other.
9. Stopping the footbag on the outside of the foot.
10. Kicking the footbag up to the top of your head.
