Just select the appropriate mode, and the machine will automatically adjust the amount of formula milk to the volume of water. Automatic mixing technology
Following the instructions, you can select the appropriate program for concentrating the mixture. Remember! Use the formula: measuring cup capacity in grams x 3.33 = program to be selected on the machine (the result is rounded).

Does the Neno Primavera machine maintain the water temperature if it is constantly connected to the power supply?
If the machine is constantly connected to the power supply, the process of preparing the mixture will be shorter. This is all thanks to the heating system retaining heat.

The coffee machine heats up in 15 to 30 seconds.

What water should be used to prepare formula milk in the Neno Primavera coffee machine?
Boiled, chilled or spring water from 6 months of age

How long does it take to heat water to a specific temperature, e.g. 37℃ or 70℃?
The water heating time depends on the set temperature and the operating conditions of the device. Preparing the milk takes a maximum of 30 seconds.

Can the elements of the Neno Primavera coffee machine be washed in the dishwasher?
No, no elements of the device should be washed in the dishwasher.

Can the water be heated to the selected temperature immediately after switching on the Neno Primavera coffee machine?
When starting it for the first time, the heating system needs a little more time to reach the desired temperature. The process is much faster with each subsequent time. If the coffee maker remains connected to the power supply, the time required to prepare subsequent portions of the mixture will be additionally shortened.

Does the Neno Primavera coffee maker heat the water by flow?
Yes, the water is heated by flow. First, the heating system reaches the required temperature, and then the water flows through it and reaches the set value before it reaches the bottle.

Can the elements of the Neno Primavera coffee maker be sterilized?
It is not recommended to sterilize, boil or put any parts of the device in the microwave.

Does the Neno Primavera coffee maker need to be washed every time after preparing formula milk?

• Clean the funnel and powder nozzle after each use using warm water.
• Clean the powder container after it is completely empty (or after 7 days) using warm water.
• Rinse the water tank at least once every 3 days using warm water.

Can the water be heated to the selected temperature immediately after switching on the Neno Primavera coffee maker?
Yes, it is possible. In case of significant differences between the selected temperatures, it is recommended to check the temperature of the milk before giving it to the child. After heating the water to 55℃, the heating system maintains this value for a short time. When changing the value to a lower one, e.g. 37℃, the device automatically adjusts the heating power or stops heating the water altogether to achieve the desired setting.

Does the Neno Primavera coffee maker remember the settings for the mixture volume, amount of water and concentration?
Yes, the coffee maker remembers previously selected parameters, such as: temperature and amount of water (in ml) and the preparation program. Thanks to this, you do not have to set them every time.
